Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (45g) old-fashioned rolled oats
- 3/4 cup (180ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
- 1 tsp (5ml) maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch (0.5g) fine sea salt
- 1/2 cup (65g) fresh apple, finely diced
- 1 tbsp (15g) unsweetened applesauce
Instructions:
- In a 16 oz glass mason jar, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour in the almond milk and maple syrup. Stir vigorously until the chia seeds are evenly distributed and no dry clumps of cinnamon remain.
- Fold in the unsweetened applesauce and gently stir in the diced fresh apples, ensuring they are submerged in the liquid.
- Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
