Ingredients:

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Microwave butter for 10-20 seconds until partially melted.
- Stir in brown sugar and white sugar until thoroughly mixed.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract for 30 seconds.
- Add flour, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips; mix until completely combined.
- Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes to overnight to prevent spreading (optional).
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
- Using a cookie scoop, place 2-tablespoon balls of dough on the parchment paper (spacing about 1.5 inches apart).
- Cook at 325°F (163°C) for 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Let cookies rest in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes before transferring.
- Continue with remaining dough until all cookies are baked.
