Ingredients:
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
- Trim the woody stems and remove any yellowed outer leaves from the Brussels sprouts, then slice each sprout in half lengthwise.
- Pat the halved sprouts completely dry with a paper towel to ensure crispiness.
- In a large bowl, combine the halved sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss vigorously until every sprout is evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Place the sprouts in the basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket firmly every 5 minutes to redistribute the sprouts.
- Once the outer leaves are dark brown and the centers are tender, remove from the air fryer.
- Transfer sprouts to a bowl and immediately drizzle with a mixture of honey, balsamic vinegar, and garlic powder. Toss quickly to coat.
