Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Trim the woody stems and remove any yellowed outer leaves from the Brussels sprouts, then slice each sprout in half lengthwise.
  2. Pat the halved sprouts completely dry with a paper towel to ensure crispiness.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the halved sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss vigorously until every sprout is evenly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Place the sprouts in the basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket firmly every 5 minutes to redistribute the sprouts.
  6. Once the outer leaves are dark brown and the centers are tender, remove from the air fryer.
  7. Transfer sprouts to a bowl and immediately drizzle with a mixture of honey, balsamic vinegar, and garlic powder. Toss quickly to coat.
